Millennium’s medication monitoring and drug detection services ensure that healthcare professionals can choose tests individually, based on medical necessity, rather than being obligated to use a one-size-fits-all, pre-set panel of tests.

Our test menu continues to expand, reflecting the most current prescribed medications and an ever evolving list of illicit drugs and new-to-market medications and drugs. Our research and development team of pre-eminent clinical and analytical chemists are constantly designing, developing and implementing new assays.

We rely on our LC-MS/MS technology with high sensitivity and specificity to identify more than 80 drugs and metabolites using a minimal volume (1-2mL useable urine) of specimen. This allows us to identify more than 375 brand name drugs the patient may or may not be taking.
