Focus on New to Market DrugsOur current services test for more than 80 medications and drugs, accounting for 375 brand name medications, and our research and development team continues to focus on developing new assays for medications and drugs of interest to healthcare professionals treating patients with chronic pain, as well as new to market medications and drugs.
Millennium exclusively uses liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for quantitative testing of medications/illicit drugs and metabolites. The higher sensitivity of LC-MS/MS and our proprietary methodologies enable better detection of specific drugs and metabolites using a minimal volume (1-2mL useable urine) of specimen.
Millennium provides comprehensive, quantified drug/metabolite specific results, delivered generally within one business day from receipt of specimen at our lab, giving healthcare professionals a clear picture of the medications and drugs in their patient’s system.
Proprietary R.A.D.A.R.® with graphed results are readily available via the healthcare professional’s choice: online, secure email or fax. Our one page report summary provides an easy-to-understand overview of the comprehensive results and the graphed results demonstrate the patient’s comparative and historical data to quickly identify atypical or inconsistent results.
We offer healthcare professionals the option of drug testing with urine or oral fluid (saliva). Oral fluid testing can be especially helpful for healthcare professionals with patients (particularly diabetics and patients with renal disease) who cannot provide urine for testing.
Requirement of only 1-2mL of urine for testing virtually eliminates specimen rejection for quantity not sufficient (QNS) results.
We supply specimen and shipping bags, shipping labels, and offer the ability to schedule specimen pick-ups online via UPS or FedEx.
